Acting as a trusted advisor to the world’s most innovative Life Sciences companies, you will help Safety/Pharmacovigilance teams move away from fragmented legacy systems and toward a unified Vault Safety platform.\nThe ideal candidate has a solid foundation in Life Sciences, technical curiosity, exceptional presentation and communication skills, and a team first attitude.\nWhat You'll Do\nSolve Unique Challenges: Uncover specific business challenges and craft solutions that show how Vault Safety streamlines end-to-end pharmacovigilance processes\nShowcase Value: Deliver compelling, tailored presentations and demonstrations that highlight the tangible benefits and the value of the Vault Safety platform\nDrive Innovation: Using your industry and technical knowledge you’ll identify how Veeva solutions can replace manual processes and drive innovation for our customers\nBuild Relationships: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by building deep, credible relationships with pharmacovigilance stakeholders\n Collaborate: Work closely with Account Partners, Strategists, and other cross-functional teams to ensure customer success\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree\n3+ years of experience within the Life Sciences industry\nFamiliarity with end-to-end pharmacovigilance processes and lifecycles, including case processing, PSMF, PVAs, RMPs, and safety signal detection, validation, and management\nTechnical curiosity and an understanding of cloud/SaaS technology\nExceptional presentation skills\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team first environment\nDriven self-starter; able to work independently\nWillingness to travel up to 20% of the time, primarily in North America\nNice to Have\nExperience in pre-sales, Solution Consulting, or other related customer-facing roles\nExperience in pharmacovigilance groups within pharmaceutical and biotech organizations\nEnd-user and/or Administrator experience with Veeva products, Vault Safety, or other related Safety software\nExperience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) or other advanced technical tools and concepts\nInterviewing with Veeva\nWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
