This is a strategic leadership role that combines operational oversight, customer engagement, and service expansion across selected accounts.\nThis position is remote in Poland, but requires the ability to work from the Budapest office in Hungary twice per quarter and to travel periodically for customer or team meetings in the EMEA region.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage and grow a team of Consultants focusing on Managed Services work on the Veeva platform (Vault); for both small and large global accounts (Pharmaceutical and Biotech)\nLead your team including resource planning, follow up with their utilization, and ensure their professional growth leading to Employee Success\nOwn the hiring process for consultants in Poland and Hungary, ensuring a pipeline of high-caliber talent\nCoordinate communication between implementation teams and Managed Services to ensure smooth transitions and consistent operational delivery\nServe as a point of leadership contact for selected Pharmaceutical and Biotech customers of all sizes, acting as an escalation point\nWork with new and existing customers to expand contract offerings and strengthen long-term service value\nRequirements\n2+ years of experience in a Leadership role\n5+ years of experience working in IT, Project Management, Consultancy, Technical Product management or an adjacent business role\nProven hiring professional with demonstrated success attracting and selecting strong technical talent\nSkilled escalation manager able to navigate complex customer situations and drive outcomes aligned with customer success\nAdaptable contributor who performs effectively both independently and within cross-functional, fast-paced environments\nAnalytical problem-solver with strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities\nClear and confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience\nLegal authorization to work in Poland or Hungary\nAbility to work from the Budapest office once per month and to travel periodically for customer or team meetings\nNice to Have\nExperience in Life Sciences environments, particularly with cloud or SaaS solutions\nKnowledge of Managed Services, cloud operations, or post-implementation support models\nFamiliarity with Veeva Vault or other enterprise cloud platforms (eg.
