Veeva QualityDocs is a regulated quality content management solution that manages content throughout its entire lifecycle. Veeva Training is a learning management system (LMS) designed to ensure training compliance, qualification and job readiness. In this role, you will be an expert in the use of AI to design and build AI agents that automate Veeva QualityDocs and Veeva Training processes.\nWhat You'll Do\nHands-on design and development of AI product features for Veeva QualityDocs and Training\nDesign and deliver production AI Agent applications including data flow, orchestration, and prompts\nWork with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI\nAssist with AI Agent evaluations\nPresent feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders\nRequirements\n5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience, with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications\nExperience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration\nCoding skills in Python and hands-on experience with AI Frameworks and APIs\nStrong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering\nStrong collaboration skills for working with engineering, UX design, and application product management teams\nExcellent communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision\nMust be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone\nMust be able to travel 20%\nNice to Have\nExperience in a data scientist, machine learning, or data engineering role\nExperience in Life Sciences\nExperience building products on application development platforms\nExperience building software for regulated industries\nExperience interacting with customers and internal teams remotely and across geographies\nInterviewing with Veeva\nWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
