We are a tech-driven on-demand mobility service that supports our hyper-local communities, helping them thrive and so much more!\nWhat You’ll Do\nAnalyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights.\n\nWork with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and develop practical dashboards and outputs.\n\nTake ownership over and maintain key reporting infrastructure around KPIs for senior stakeholders across the business.\n\nPerform ad hoc reports for key stakeholders by collecting, analysing, and reporting requested and relevant data.\n\nEnsure data accuracy and reliability by validating reporting data and investigating discrepancies.\n\nPresent insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support data driven decision making.\n\nBe committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and set high standards for Information Security compliance.\n\nWhat You’ll Need\nRelevant analytics qualification or background.\n\nProven SQL skills, for data extraction and transformation.\n\nTrack record of presenting data and findings to technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nExperience in Power BI or similar software.\n\nAdvanced skills in Google Sheets or MS Excel.\n\nAbility to gather and translate reporting requirements from stakeholders into practical outputs.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.\n\nFamiliarity with data governance, data management, and regulatory requirements related to reporting.\n\nWhere you’ll be:\nThis role is hybrid, with your base being your home address.
