Ask yourself whether the above sounds exciting to you in practice every day, and if it does, we would love to hear from you.\nWho succeeds in this role\nWe look for people who match our ambition levels, and then raise it further.\nIn this role, you will:\nOwn the day-to-day relationship, requirements shaping, and delivery coordination for a small portfolio of enterprise customers - ensuring they receive maximum value from the platform and a white-glove partnership experience, whilst protecting Product & Engineering teams from unstructured or ad-hoc demand.\nIncluding running check-ins, business reviews, roadmap discussions, discovery workshops, etc.\n\nAct as the main bridge between enterprise clients and Vega’s product & engineering teams, translating customer needs into clear, prioritised, and deliverable work - with clear success criteria and scalability with the platform.\n\nWork with Product to ensure there is a clear linkage between customer demand and product direction - collaborating to understand the trade-offs between effort, impact, and complexity and prioritise customer-driven requests across the product surface and multiple customers.\n\nActively build and shape the playbook for how we run engagements at scale, with processes and automations to coordinate with engineering, track progress, communicate release plans and updates to customers, etc.\n\nSupport the Growth team to ensure customers adopt and realise value from new features, identify expansion opportunities through deeper platform usage, and maximise opportunities for customer retention and satisfaction.\n\nStrong candidates will usually have experience working directly with engineering teams and enterprise stakeholders, particularly in environments involving integrations, configuration-heavy products, or complex customer requirements.\n\nWhat we look for:\nExperience delivering complex technology projects in enterprise contexts, with a strong focus on customer success or implementation leadership -
