You will own the end-to-end lending lifecycle, from loan application and underwriting to disbursement, servicing, repayments, collections, and closure.\nThis role requires deep lending domain expertise, strong platform thinking, and the ability to work with financial institutions to build scalable, configurable lending solutions.\nThe Hats You Will Wear\nOwn Product Strategy: Define the vision, roadmap, and priorities for LOS and LMS, aligned with customer needs and business objectives.\nBuild Lending Workflows: Design and evolve capabilities across loan origination, credit assessment, underwriting, sanctioning, documentation, disbursement, servicing, repayments, collections, and closure.\nDrive Platform Configurability: Build reusable workflows, rules, product configurations, repayment schedules, interest calculations, fee structures, and loan lifecycle capabilities across lending products.\nPartner with Customers: Work closely with banks, NBFCs, and fintechs to understand lending requirements and translate them into scalable product capabilities.\nDrive Execution: Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and implementation teams to deliver products from discovery through launch and scale.\nOwn Product Outcomes: Define and track metrics around implementation timelines, operational efficiency, adoption, loan servicing accuracy, and platform reliability.\nLead Product Teams: Mentor product managers, establish strong product practices, and collaborate with leadership to shape the lending product roadmap.\nThe Perfect Fit\n8+ years of Product Management experience, with significant experience in lending, banking technology, or fintech.\nHands-on experience building or managing LOS and LMS platforms for banks, NBFCs, or fintechs.\nStrong understanding of the lending lifecycle, including underwriting, credit decisioning, loan accounting, disbursement, repayment schedules, interest computation, delinquency, collections, and loan closure.\nExperience building configurable, multi-tenant B2B platforms for financial institutions.\nStrong understanding of lending integrations, APIs, data models, and system workflows.\nExperience managing enterprise stakeholders and driving complex product implementations.\nStrong analytical, communication, prioritization, and cross-functional leadership skills.\nYour Edge Over the Rest\nExperience across multiple lending products, including personal loans, business loans, secured lending, and digital lending.\nUnderstanding of RBI regulations, digital lending guidelines, NPA classification, provisioning, and applicable lending compliance requirements.\nFamiliarity with bureau integrations, e-KYC, bank statement analysis, NACH/e-mandates, payment systems, and accounting or general ledger integrations.\nExperience leading product teams and scaling products from 0→1 and 1→N.\nThe Problem We’re Solving\nFinancial institutions today are held back by legacy systems that are slow, rigid, and expensive to scale.
