The role demands a strong hands on programming skills with deep experience in automation framework and test scripts for API and UI automation testing, and hands-on experience with modern QA tools and CI/CD pipelines.\nThe Hats You Will Wear\nDesign, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.\nIdentify, document, and track bugs through the defect management process.\nCollaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and high product quality.\nConduct regression testing, performance testing, and ensure consistent automation coverage.\nImplement and optimize test frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency.\nParticipate in sprint planning, story reviews, and daily stand-ups as part of the Agile process.\nContinuously improve automation practices and contribute to QA strategy and best practices.\nThe Perfect Fit\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.\n7-14 years of experience in test automation of web and API-based applications.\nStrong knowledge of Selenium / Playwright / Cypress and RestAssured / Postman / Karate for API testing.\nProficiency in Java / Python / JavaScript (one or more).\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).\nFamiliarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.\nExperience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Behave, etc.) is a plus.\nKnowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling) is an advantage.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.\nYour Edge Over The Rest\nExperience working in fintech, banking, or payments domains.\nExposure to cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure).\nUnderstanding of security and compliance testing standards.\nThe Problem We’re Solving\nFinancial institutions today are held back by legacy systems that are slow, rigid, and expensive to scale.
