They should possess a deep understanding of the end-to-end credit lifecycle and have worked either within a B2B SaaS platform serving financial institutions or directly within a fintech/bank managing credit products at scale.\nThe Hats You Will Wear\nOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle for credit management solutions including Credit Cards, Credit Lines, BNPL, and embedded lending products\nWork closely with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and ecosystem partners to design and launch scalable credit programs\nDefine and execute the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and market opportunities\nTranslate complex lending and credit requirements into configurable, scalable SaaS product capabilities\nDrive platform capabilities across underwriting, onboarding, loan servicing, billing, repayments, collections, and customer management\nCollaborate with engineering teams to build flexible credit infrastructure, decisioning frameworks, and workflow engines\nWork closely with compliance, risk, operations, and partner teams to ensure regulatory and operational readiness\nOptimize customer journeys across origination, servicing, repayments, and collections\nAnalyze product performance, portfolio behavior, and platform adoption to identify growth and optimization opportunities\nThe Perfect Fit\n3+ years of Product Management experience\nStrong exposure to Banking SaaS, Lending Infrastructure, or Fintech platforms\nExperience building or scaling Credit Cards, BNPL, Credit Line, Consumer Lending, or Embedded Finance products\nDeep understanding of the credit lifecycle including onboarding, underwriting, decisioning, disbursals, billing, repayments, collections, and account closure\nExperience working with configurable product platforms serving banks, NBFCs, or fintechs\nStrong understanding of lending operations, risk controls, and credit program management\nYour Edge Over The Rest\nExperience building B2B SaaS products for credit management or lending infrastructure\nUnderstanding of RBI regulations governing digital lending, co-lending, and credit products\nFamiliarity with LOS, LMS, rule engines, underwriting systems, and decisioning frameworks\nKnowledge of ledger systems, repayment orchestration, reconciliation, and settlement flows\nExperience working with credit bureaus, fraud systems, KYC providers, and risk platforms\nStrong understanding of APIs, platform architecture, and SaaS product design principles\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity\nHigh ownership mindset with a bias for execution and outcomes\nAbility to balance business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer experience\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business, technology, risk, and banking teams\nThe Problem We’re Solving\nFinancial institutions today are held back by legacy systems that are slow, rigid, and expensive to scale.
