You will lead strategic programs, establish execution frameworks, improve delivery predictability, and ensure seamless coordination across multiple teams and external stakeholders.\nYour ability to manage complexity, solve execution challenges, and build scalable governance mechanisms will play a critical role in accelerating business growth and strengthening partner relationships.\nThe Hats You Will Wear\nOwn and drive end-to-end execution of strategic fintech implementation programs across partner banks and financial institutions.\nLead multiple concurrent programs involving Credit Card, Credit Line on UPI, issuer systems, API integrations, and banking workflows.\nDefine project plans, delivery milestones, governance structures, execution frameworks, and rollout strategies for large-scale implementations.\nAct as the primary escalation and coordination point for senior stakeholders across partner banks and internal leadership teams.\nDrive program governance through regular reviews, steering committees, risk assessments, and executive-level status reporting.\nCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Customer Experience, and Business teams to ensure alignment and execution efficiency.\nTranslate business requirements, regulatory expectations, and product roadmaps into actionable execution plans and delivery timelines.\nIdentify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and operational gaps proactively, while driving structured mitigation and resolution plans.\nLead UAT coordination, production readiness reviews, go-live planning, and post-launch stabilization activities.\nEnsure successful onboarding and rollout of partner programs while maintaining compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across implementation processes, governance models, documentation standards, and delivery practices.\nMentor junior project managers and contribute to building scalable program management capabilities within the organization.\nThe Perfect Fit\n5 years of experience in program management, technical project management, or delivery leadership within fintech, banking, or payments ecosystem.\nProven experience managing complex cross-functional technology implementations with banks or regulated financial institutions.\nStrong understanding of fintech infrastructure, API integrations, issuer systems, banking workflows, and product implementation lifecycle.\nDemonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders, external partners, and multiple execution streams simultaneously.\nExcellent problem-solving, program governance, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong execution mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced startup environments.\nExperience managing risks, escalations, compliance dependencies, and operational readiness for large-scale rollouts.\nAbility to drive alignment across business, product, and engineering teams while maintaining delivery accountability.\nYour Edge Over The Rest\nExperience working on Credit Card platforms, UPI ecosystem integrations, lending systems, or issuer processing platforms.\nFamiliarity with RBI regulations, fintech-bank partnership models, and regulated product rollouts.\nPrior experience in high-growth fintech startups or enterprise banking transformation programs.\nPMP, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent project/program management certifications.\nMBA or equivalent degree preferred.\nThe Problem We’re Solving\nFinancial institutions today are held back by legacy systems that are slow, rigid, and expensive to scale.
