If you have relevant experience and are passionate about sustainable living, we would love to have you on our team!\nEssential Responsibilities:\nRepresent Vego Garden’s high customer service standards with enthusiasm and passion.\nIdentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.\nLeverage strong digital literacy abilities to operate our digital platforms (Confluence, Gorgias).\nExecute the key administrative data entry into customer records with high attention to detail.\nAssist customers with updated documentation regarding orders and refunds.\nProvide expert answers to customer inquiries through multiple channels (Phone, Email, Chat).\nResolve customer issues impacting their satisfaction using creative solutions. \nComply with Company policies and procedures.\nPerform all other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nAbility to provide exceptional service to Vego Garden customers.\nA reliable, flexible, client-focused service professional with strong digital literacy abilities.\nA team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.\nHigh attention to detail in both verbal and written forms.\nPrior call center experience preferred.\nPhysical Demands:\nThis position primarily involves working at a desk and operating a computer for prolonged periods with moderate walking and standing.\nJob Location and Work Schedule:\nThis is a full-time, on-site position based out of Tomball, TX.\nWork Arrangement: Hybrid schedule with one remote workday per week and four days on-site.\n13808 Boudreaux Road, Bldg. #2, Tomball, TX 77377.\n8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Lunch break 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.\nOccasional weekend shifts may be required.\nBenefits\nPay rate starting at $18.50 per hour.\n12 PTO days per year, accrued biweekly, with annual increases.\n7 paid Holidays.\n401k contribution match of 4%.\nComprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance plans.
