All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, veteran status, or marital status.\nJob Purpose:\nThe Warehouse Associate - 2nd shift is responsible for receiving and storing inbound shipments, participating in inventory counts, processing incoming and outgoing orders, maintaining organized product storage, and ensuring timely picking, packing, and shipping.\nEssential Responsibilities\nThe duties and responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:\nSafely operate a reach truck, cherry picker, forklift and pallet jack when necessary.\nAccurately and safely put away inbound shipments.\nUtilize PDA scanner when moving products in and out of inventory.\nEnsure that inventory is stored and organized properly. \nThoroughly process, package, and prepare orders for shipment.\nInspect products for defects and damages; report quality deficiencies. \nParticipate in regular inventory counts\nKeep equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventive maintenance functions on equipment. \nReport any damages to the supervisor immediately.\nMaintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities. \nFollow Company safety and quality procedures; and other policies and guidelines governing Company operations.\nPerform all other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\n2+ years of experience performing similar tasks in a relevant warehouse setting.\n2+ years of experience with warehouse equipment, such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, and forklifts.\nReach truck and cherry picker experience is strongly preferred.\nExperience utilizing PDA scanners.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to communicate with coworkers in a respectful, concise and clear manner.\nMust be able to follow written and oral instructions.\nPhysical Demands:\nThis position requires the ability to stand and bend for long periods of time with occasional squat, stoop, and turn at waist in a warehouse environment. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 lbs. unassisted. Must be comfortable working at significant heights on machinery (up to 24 feet). Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nJob Location and Work Schedule:\nThis is a full-time, on-site position based out of Tomball, TX.\n13808 Boudreaux Road, Bldg. #2, Tomball, TX 77377.\nMonday through Friday.\n4:00 PM to 12:30 AM. \nBenefits\nPay rate starts at $18.50 per hour.\nFlexible Paid Time Off.\n12 PTO days per year, accrued bi-weekly, with incremental increases annually.\n7 paid Holidays.\n401k contribution match of 4%.\nComprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance plans.
