We seek team players who want to compete, win, make an impact and build a legacy, and we reward performance and impact players with generous equity and incredible career growth opportunities.\nAbout The Role\nAs a Senior Software Engineer on the Facilities team, you will build the systems and applications that power Veho's Ground Operations, with a particular focus on the mobile tools our warehouse teams use on the floor every day. This is a true full-stack role: you'll work across React Native, backend services, and web, and you'll be the engineer the team leans on when a problem lives on the device, whether that's a scanner integration, offline behavior, or performance on rugged hardware.\nYou will contribute to the architecture and development of key initiatives including:\nFacilities Mobile App (FMA) with Directed Workflows\n\nWarehouse Management System (WMS)\n\nYour work will directly impact Ground Operations Associates, Supervisors, and Operations Managers who rely on these systems to move packages efficiently and accurately. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, Operations, and Data teams to deliver reliable tools that scale with Veho's rapid growth.\nResponsibilities Include:\nDesign, build, test, and deploy features end to end, from React Native screens through the APIs and services behind them\n\nOwn the technical direction of our mobile surfaces, including native modules, device and hardware integrations, release process, and app performance\n\nIntegrate with scanners, printers, and other 3rd-party hardware and SDKs used in our facilities\n\nContribute to architectural decisions and technical design for complex, distributed systems\n\nWrite high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code in high-traffic production environments\n\nParticipate in and lead thoughtful peer code reviews to raise engineering standards across mobile, backend, and web\n\nPartner with Operations stakeholders to deeply understand warehouse workflows, including time on the floor, and translate them into elegant technical solutions\n\nImprove system observability, monitoring, and reliability, especially for issues that only show up on devices in the field\n\nMentor engineers and help grow mobile expertise across the team\n\nWhat You Bring:\n6+ years of experience building, testing, and deploying applications in high-traffic production environments\n\nStrong full-stack experience with TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and React, with comparable depth on both frontend and backend\n\nDeep, hands-on experience with React Native and Android in production\n\nExperience developing custom React Native native modules\n\nExperience integrating with 3rd-party hardware and SDKs (e.g. barcode scanners, label printers, rugged handheld devices)\n\nExperience designing and consuming APIs and working within distributed systems\n\nExperience working in AWS or similar cloud environments\n\nExperience in the Supply Chain or logistics domain preferred, with a strong preference for building software for warehouse or operations users\n\nStrong debugging, problem-solving, and systems thinking skills, including on-device debugging\n\nA self-starter mindset with the ability to move quickly and ship iteratively\n\nEnthusiasm for collaborating closely with Product and Operations teams to solve complex, real-world operational challenges\n\nTech Stack: AWS, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, React, React Native\n\nVeho is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
