The incumbent is responsible for loan decisions via phone, Internet, indirect, remote login and data entry loan applications. The incumbent will be responsible for problem resolution while also monitoring the quality, efficiency, and accuracy of the loan applications taken by contact center representatives.The incumbent will be responsible for problem resolution of customer and financial institutions, critical issues and department workflow to meet departmental/team goals.\n\nDay in the Life:\nEvaluates loan applications for quality, accuracy, and decisions them based on a review of the applicant’s credit history and in consideration of the guidelines and policies of the client institution.\n\nDecision phone, Internet, indirect, ExpressLink, and data entry applications to support the business as needed while also monitoring the quality, efficiency, and accuracy of the loan applications taken by Contact Center Representatives.\n\nFinalize Velera Representative loan applications.\n\nEvaluate and report on the quality and accuracy of the information templates, including rate changes and promotional information as needed.
