You will own test documentation, defect tracking, regression testing and release risk assessment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop, update and maintain structured test cases, test plans and release checklists for all core product modules.\n\nConduct cross-browser & cross-device mobile/desktop layout testing for property search, listing detail pages and all interactive forms.\n\nValidate full enquiry pipelines: web enquiry forms, WhatsApp lead links, CRM data handover and marketing source attribution tracking.\n\nExecute full regression testing after bug fixes, feature updates and platform releases.\n\nLog defects with complete reproduction steps, screenshot/video evidence, severity classification and expected correct behaviour.\n\nSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) and verify all resolved defects before production sign-off.\n\nFlag critical release risks proactively and provide full supporting test evidence to the product team.\n\nMinimum Qualifications & Requirements\n\nMinimum 3 years professional software testing / QA engineering experience.\n\nStrong manual end-to-end web application testing capabilities.\n\nPractical experience with cross-browser, mobile device testing, REST API testing and bug tracking management tools.\n\nHands-on experience using Postman or equivalent API testing tools.\n\nAbility to write clear, repeatable test cases and accurately reproduce complex functional defects.\n\nBonus: Practical test automation experience with Playwright, Cypress or similar frameworks.\n\nExceptional attention to detail and clear written communication for test & defect documentation.\n\nPerformance KPIs\n\nAll core user workflows fully tested and validated prior to every production release\n\nComplete, standardised documentation of all test results and logged defects\n\nNo critical unresolved defects approved for release without formal management written approval\n\nFull regression testing completed for all relevant bug fixes
