& Leadership:\nLead and develop the HR/TA team while partnering closely with executive leadership and managers on people-related matters and organizational initiatives.\nEmployee Experience:\nSupport engagement, retention, culture, learning, training, development, and overall employee experience.\nRequirements\n8+ years of progressive HR experience (including 3+ years as an HR Manager or Sr. HRBP)\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience\nExperience supporting manufacturing, hardware, or other operations-heavy environments with hourly and salaried employees\nExperience in scaling organizations and building or improving HR infrastructure\nStrong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, recruiting, and employment compliance\nProven leadership, communication, judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment\nSound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information\nSHRM-SCP or HRBP Certification, is a plus'\nDeep, current knowledge of California employment law and wage-and-hour rules\nProficiency with HRIS and ATS (Rippling, Lever, etc.)\nClear, direct communicator who can influence senior leaders and build trust on the shop floor\nAbility to commute/travel to Livermore, CA about 30% of the
