Duties & Responsibilities: Plan and schedule daily transport and operational activities. Allocate vehicles, drivers, and resources efficiently. Monitor deliveries and ensure timelines are respected. Coordinate with drivers and operations team to resolve issues in real time. Prepare and maintain planning reports and records. Optimize routes to improve productivity and reduce costs. Required Qualifications and Competencies: Minimum SC . Experience in transport planning or logistics operations is an advantage. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Strong planning and organizational skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Should be team player, creative, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism. Effective communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness to work odd hours (including weekends and shifts if required).
