You protect the teams from disturbance & disruption while prioritizing critical issues with the teams.\nYou support the team in quarterly planning: as an Engineering Manager, you facilitate discussions between Engineering, Product & Business.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product and Customer Operations to ensure the successful delivery of software products.\nBuild a deep understanding of Velsera’s products offering from a business, a customer, a product\nYou report on the status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to management using predefined metrics.\nYou ensure that agile software development methodologies are implemented and processes are efficient and effective. You suggest cross-team process improvements when applicable.\nRequirements\nWhat do you bring to the table?\n+5 years in the field of software engineering.\nStrong people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of software engineers.\nThe ability to clearly communicate and collaborate well with both technical and non-technical partners.\nA problem-solver attitude as a servant leader for agile engineering teams, providing solutions to unblock both people and processes.\nA strong technical background in software engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in the software development industry.\nExperience with Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle management processes.\nExcellent prioritization and organizational skills, a track record of actively driving processes to deliver quality outcomes.\nGood presentation, oral, and written communication skills.\nExperience in developing software in a regulated environment is a plus.\nBenefits\n· Flexible Work & Time Off -
