design, build, and operate scalable AI platforms that support advanced AI capabilities such as AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Knowledge Graph systems. \n\nThe ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering skills with cloud-native platform development and DevOps practices to deliver reliable, production-grade AI solutions. \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign, build, and maintain platform infrastructure for Generative AI applications. \n\nDevelop scalable backend services using Python or Java. \n\nBuild and operate production-grade AI systems, including: \n\nAI Agents \n\nRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) \n\nKnowledge Graph based systems \n\nImplement end-to-end DevOps practices, owning the lifecycle from development through deployment and monitoring. \n\nDesign and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins. \n\nImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. \n\nDeploy and manage applications on cloud platforms using both: \n\nCloud-native services \n\nContainerized, cloud-agnostic environments \n\nWork closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and platform teams to deliver scalable AI infrastructure. \n\nRequirements\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n\n8+ years of professional experience in software engineering or platform engineering. \n\nExperience from internships, prototypes, or personal projects will not be considered toward the required years.Strong understanding of system integration and API design with CRM related toolsets \n\nStrong development experience in Python or Java. \n\nHands-on experience building production-grade Generative AI systems\n\nExperience with AI Agents & Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) \n\nExperience building Knowledge Graph platforms\n\nExpertise in Graph databases, Metadata ontology, Graph-based RAG architectures\n\nStrong experience in DevOps culture and practices\n\n·Hands-on experience with: \n\nCI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Jenkins) \n\nInfrastructure as Code (Terraform)\n\nExperience deploying and operating systems in cloud environments: Cloud Native(AWS S3, Lambda, AWS batch, AWS ECS) and Kubernetes-based services. \n\nPreferred / Nice-to-Have Skills\n\nExperience building AI platforms or ML platforms at scale \n\nExperience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex,
