You will bring structure and momentum to cross-functional initiatives while helping global and regional teams understand local market needs, opportunities, and constraints. You may also manage selected regional projects from initial scoping through deployment and value realization. Depending on the initiative, you may lead the entire project or take responsibility for regional deployment of a global project.\nThe position requires strong project management capabilities, commercial understanding, and the ability to influence stakeholders without necessarily having formal authority. You will work in a dynamic, international, and matrix-based environment, collaborating with colleagues at global, regional, and market levels.\nYour primary responsibilities :\nBridge global, regional, and market perspectives\nAct as a key point of connection between global functions, regional leadership, and market organizations. \nConsolidate market input and provide global teams with structured feedback on local requirements, readiness, risks, and opportunities. \nFacilitate alignment where global standards and market-specific needs must be balanced. \nPromote transparency and a shared understanding of roles, responsibilities, expectations, and decision rights. \n\nFacilitate market deployment and anchoring\nDevelop deployment approaches that define how initiatives will be introduced, localized, communicated, and embedded across markets. \nAssess market readiness and identify the capabilities, resources, tools, and local adaptations required for successful implementation. \nCoordinate training, communication, stakeholder engagement, and change-management activities with the relevant functions. \nMonitor adoption after launch and address barriers that could prevent initiatives from becoming part of everyday operations. \n\nLead regional strategic projects\nLead selected cross-market projects from initiation and planning through implementation, anchoring, and follow-up. \nDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, governance, milestones, resource requirements, and success criteria. \nEstablish clear project plans and maintain visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and unresolved issues. \nEscalate critical issues and facilitate timely decisions when priorities, resources, or objectives are unclear. \n\nDrive performance and value realization\nDefine meaningful measures of implementation progress, adoption, business impact, and project success. \nMonitor results and provide structured updates to regional leadership and relevant stakeholders. \nEnsure that projects remain connected to their intended business outcomes rather than focusing only on activity completion. \nIdentify opportunities to improve project impact, simplify deployment, or accelerate adoption. \nCapture lessons learned and share effective practices across markets and functions. \n\nSupport regional prioritization and continuous improvement\nContribute to the prioritization process for portfolio of global projects \nSupport the assessment of new project requests, including expected value, feasibility, market relevance, resource requirements, and interdependencies. \nIdentify common market needs that could be addressed through regional or global solutions. \nHelp strengthen project management, deployment, and change-management practices across the region. \n\nYour qualifications\nTo succeed in this role, you are a structured and pragmatic project leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You are comfortable moving between high-level discussions and detailed implementation planning.\nYou build trust across organizational boundaries and know how to create commitment among stakeholders with different perspectives, priorities, and levels of readiness.\nFurthermore, we expect that you:\nHave a master’s degree from a business school or university in a relevant subject. Recent Management Consulting Experience (1-2 years of experience) or in-house is a plus \nHave 3-5 years’ experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects in an international or matrix organization. \nCan demonstrate successful implementation and anchoring of strategic initiatives. \nPossess strong project management, stakeholder management, facilitation, and change-management capabilities. \nAre able to create clarity from ambiguity and bring structure to complex initiatives. \nCan influence, challenge, and engage stakeholders without relying on formal authority. \nHave strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can turn insights into clear recommendations and actions. \nCommunicate clearly and confidently with both operational teams and senior leaders. \nPossess solid Power Point and Excel skills \nAre proactive, accountable, collaborative, and focused on outcomes. \nAre fluent in written and spoken English.
