Working closely with colleagues across Product Development, Engineering, Operations and Supplier Quality, you will bridge development and supply chain, ensuring quality is embedded from concept through industrialisation and into stable operations in own production as well as at sourcing partners\nMore specifically, you will:\nAct as the Global Quality Lead for the supply chain in New Product Launch (NPL) and Engineering Change teams, coordinating and driving quality activities from target setting through implementation and improvements.\n\nEnsure a holistic, transparent, and end-to-end approach to quality throughout the value chain.\n\nSupport Supplier Quality as a Process/Part Subject Matter Expert during industrialisation and approval activities.\n\nSupport additional quality improvement initiatives and projects across the organisation.\n\nDrive and support the resolution of quality issues across supply and production companies.\n\nWhat you will bring\nAs a person, you are collaborative and engaged, with a structured and persistent approach to your work. You are a curious problem-solver with a good sense of humor and a strong drive to see things through. You thrive in a matrix organisation, balancing multiple priorities while building strong relationships and securing commitment across functions.
