We are looking for a Product Manager who can help unlock its full potential.\nIn this role, you will combine strategy, product management, and commercial leadership to identify where future growth will come from and how we turn opportunities into business results.\nYour Responsibilities\nBased at our headquarter in Hørsholm, you will join the global Flat Roof Windows Category Management team, a highly engaged team of five professionals, - including you.\nReporting to the Head of Flat Roof Windows, Category Management, you will contribute to the product roadmap process by providing insights, analyses, and recommendations that support both future product development and the optimization of existing products, helping to unlock new growth opportunities and improve market performance.\nWorking across Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Strategy and regional organizations, - you will drive business development initiatives that strengthen strategic and commercial growth, competitiveness, and profitability.\nKey responsibilities include:\nWorking closely with Product Development to define requirements, evaluate opportunities, challenge assumptions, and influence the future direction of our product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle. \nIdentify and drive strategic and commercial growth initiatives across the category including driving business development activities, KPI tracking, and performance follow-up in close collaboration with regional markets. \nLeading pricing activities through market analysis and commercial insights to strengthen competitiveness and profitability. \nBuilding robust business cases and recommendations that support data-driven decision-making and organizational alignment. \nMonitoring market trends, customer behaviour, competitive activity, regulations, and category performance to identify opportunities and risks. \nThe role includes some travel within Denmark and internationally, to engage with customers, markets, and colleagues across the organization.\n\nYour Profile\nThere is no single path to success in this role. You naturally build relationships, challenge constructively, and bring stakeholders together around a common goal.\nMost importantly, you are motivated by creating meaningful business results while working collaboratively in a dynamic international environment.\nWe imagine that you:\nHave at relevant degree combined with at least 5 years of product management experience in a global organization, preferably within a technical or manufacturing industry. \nPossess strong commercial acumen and understand how product, pricing, and portfolio decisions drive business performance. \nHave experience working with structured product development frameworks and stage-gate processes, preferably within technical product environments. \nDemonstrate strong analytical skills and sound judgment to transform market insights, customer understanding, and data into compelling business cases that drive strategic and commercial decisions \nDemonstrate strong team player and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and drive collaboration across a complex matrix organization. \nCommunicate confidently and effectively in English, adapting your communication to different audiences. \nIn addition, you are energized by working in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to team culture, even during periods of high activity.\nWhat We Offer\nThis is an opportunity to influence decisions that matter.\nYou will join a team with a central role in shaping the future of one of the VELUX Group's most important growth categories.
