Stanowisko: Lider linii X-Cut

Główne zadania:

  • Organizacja i nadzór pracy zespołu pracowników produkcji linii X-Cut (przedzielanie zadań, rozliczanie z wykonania),
  • Kontrola realizacji planu produkcyjnego na linii X-Cut (bezpieczeństwo, jakość, wydajność, koszty),
  • Bieżące rozwiązywanie problemów na linii X-Cut - reagowanie na awarie, problemy jakościowe,
  • Dbanie o porządek i przestrzeganie procedur na hali produkcyjnej,
  • Raportowanie wyników produkcyjnych do brygadzisty oraz swojego zespołu,
  • Prowadzenie spotkań produkcyjnych ze swoim zespołem,
  • Rozwijanie kompetencji swojego zespołu,
  • Umiejętność pracy na maszynie strugarka 4-stronna lub skaner + piła,
  • Praca na urządzeniach i maszynach o znacznym stopniu zautomatyzowania,
  • Inicjowanie i uczestniczenie w rozwiązywaniu problemów z wykorzystaniem narzędzi LEAN, (arkusz A3 i problem solving).

Wymagania:

  • Praca na linii wysoko zautomatyzowanej
  • Obsługa komputera i SAP - jako podstawowe narzędzie pracy
  • Wiedza z zakresu produktów, wad i ogólnej produkcji
  • Gotowość do wyjazdów na szkolenie
  • Chęć do rozwoju osobistego w nowych technologiach
  • Bliska współpraca z zespołem Inżynierii
