Your work will help ensure that programme milestones, dependencies, and deliverables remain visible and effectively managed, enabling informed decision-making and successful programme delivery.\nWhat we offer\nAs our Program Planner, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and continuously improving integrated programme and project schedules. You will help create clarity across complex initiatives while ensuring planning data remains accurate, relevant, and actionable.\nMore specifically, your tasks will be to:\nDevelop, maintain, and oversee an integrated programme plan that consolidates project and sub-project schedules.\nMaintain programme plans and reporting to ensure visibility across workstreams, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and key progress indicators.\nReview and incorporate schedule updates from project managers and stakeholders, ensuring the master schedule remains accurate and up to date.\nCoordinate dependencies and interfaces across projects, identifying risks and impacts that may affect programme timelines.\nSupport scenario planning activities by assessing the consequences of schedule changes, delays, and alternative delivery approaches.\nParticipate in programme and development meetings, translating decisions, actions, and milestones into robust project and programme plans.\nProvide guidance, training, and support to plan owners to encourage consistent planning practices and high-quality schedule management.\nEstablish and maintain governance processes related to schedule ownership, update cycles, and planning quality assurance.\nWork closely with Technical Development Leads and project managers to maintain and optimise product development plans across multiple development tracks.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of planning tools, processes, and reporting capabilities.\nWhat you will bring\nWe are looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented planning professional who enjoys working with complex programmes and supporting colleagues in achieving shared goals.
