You will lead full-cycle recruitment, from intake through pre-onboarding, and partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles and realistic market expectations.\nA key part of the role will be building and maintaining proactive pipelines for critical and recurring profiles, mapping the regional talent landscape and competitor benchmarks, and sharing market intelligence with HR and business leaders.\nYour future team\nYou will report directly to a manager based in Budapest and work alongside colleagues located in different countries across the region.
