A strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, integration platforms and/or ServiceNow is required, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work across time zones to support a global internal customer base.\nHow You'll Make an Impact\nTechnical ExpertiseLead the design, development, testing and support of multiple platforms including ServiceNow or SharePoint and other Microsoft technologies\nBuild complex integrations, using an iPaaS platform like Workato, between critical business applications\nMaintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to solution offerings\n\nIncident ManagementAct as the second or third level support for IT-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions\nDocument and track incidents, managing the resolution process and escalating issues as needed\nConduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues\n\nProject InvolvementSupport IT projects, including systems migrations, integrations and new technology implementations\nContribute to the planning and execution of technology strategies that align with business objectives\n\nSecurity & ComplianceAssist in maintaining and enhancing IT security protocols to protect sensitive business data\nEnsure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.\nParticipate in regular security audits and assessments\n\nDocumentation & ReportingMaintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures\nGenerate regular reports on system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities\nProvide training and support to internal users and team membersInnovation\nFoster a culture of innovation within the IT department, encouraging experimentation and the adoption of new technologies, including AI to improve processes and service\nExplore and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance system efficiency, security, and user experience\n\nContinuous ImprovementContinually assess and improve IT processes, systems, and services, striving for excellence and efficiency\n\nWe'd Love to See\n3 to 5 years of proven experience in a technical position or similar role.\nExperience in at least one of the following areas: ServiceNow ITSM & GRC modules, SharePoint architecture, Designer, sites, libraries & web parts, Microsoft Azure & M365 technologies\nTrack record of building and maintaining integrations between business application preferably using an iPaaS platform and utilizing APIs\nKnowledge of data mapping and transformation\nUnderstanding of enterprise software and SaaS applications (example: NetSuite & Salesforce)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills are important for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying issues, and proactively proposing effective solutions\nExcellent written, verbal and presentation skills, ability to manage interactions at all levels of business\nIndividuals who can demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and staying updated on emerging technologies\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity practices and protocols.\nAble to understand and grasp new technologies or concepts quickly\nKnowledge of emerging technology trends and their business impact\n\n*Our salaries are tailored to roles, levels and locations.
