customer value.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-team technical initiatives from inception through completion \nDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, timelines, success metrics, and resource alignment for shared technical programs \nDrive alignment on goals, priorities, and sequencing across multiple development teams with competing demands \nIdentify, manage, and proactively escalate inter-team dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges \nServe as the central point of coordination between platform teams, product teams, and enabling functions \nFacilitate effective cross-functional collaboration through regular planning, dependency, and delivery ceremonies \nProvide clear, consistent visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes through status reporting and stakeholder communications \nPartner with engineering, product, and leadership to ensure delivered initiatives meet quality standards and achieve intended business and customer impact \n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management at a B2B SaaS company\nProven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives \nStrong technical fluency and understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD process, etc. \nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle and experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and project management tools. \nDemonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across multiple teams \nExcellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and align both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership \nComfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with competing priorities \n Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive
