And massive potential for going both deep and wide into current and future verticals by leveraging our large and highly engaged audience.\nTHE OPPORTUNITY\nLead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, to turn ambiguous problems into end-to-end solutions. \nDefine and execute the product roadmap for AI-powered solutions within the Price Waterfall, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs \nStay informed on the latest trends and advancements in AI and the manufacturing supply chain. \nAct as a key liaison between business, technical teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment \nUnderstand Vendavo’s applications and how it serves the commercial operation space across multiple complex industries. \nDeeply understand Gen AI use cases within Vendavo, pinpointing developer challenges and opportunities in this domain, and gather specific platform requirements for launching Gen AI applications. \nPartner with engineering and design teams to launch fast and iterate faster. \nUnderstand emerging AI and revenue trends and inject the best ideas into the roadmap. \nSet qualitative objectives and quantitative goals, define product requirements, and drive execution with the Engineering, PM, and UX design teams. \nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including research, engineering, UX, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver cutting-edge AI products tailored for specific verticals or business units \nInternal and external stakeholder management, and make tradeoff decisions based on technical and business insights. \nOther duties as assigned. \nTHE SKILL SET\n Experience - Have 10+ years of relevant work experience in product management at a high-performance SaaS consumer technology company.B2B SaaS Experience (Preferred) - Experience in B2B SaaS, with CPQ, Rebates, or Pricing management as a nice-to-have but not mandatory requirement. \nAgentic AI Experience - Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their applications in operational settings. \nProduct Lifecycle Expertise - Must have experience leading at least two full product lifecycles from ideation to launch and post-launch iterations. \nAgile Product Development - Strong knowledge of agile methodologies with experience managing iterative, high-quality product releases. \nCustomer-Centric Focus - Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into valuable product features and solutions. \nData-Driven Decision Making - Skilled in leveraging data and analytics to inform product decisions and prioritize features. \n Cross-Functional Leadership - Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) to ensure product success. \nProblem-Solving and Critical Thinking - Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments. \n Execution Excellence - Strong project management skills to ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. \nTHE BENEFITS\nProfessional growth and Development opportunities.\nWorking within a team of friendly, skilled people where help is always within reach\nFlexible working hours\n4 recharge days, where the entire company goes on a brief pause in all geographies for 1 day each quarter.
