We partner with many of the fastest-growing companies in the world, and our team includes leaders from Bain, ZoomInfo, Shutterstock, FanDuel, Compass, Airbnb, Forter and beyond.\n________________\nVendelux is looking for an FP&A Manager to own our financial model and the reporting behind our growth story. You'll take detailed accounting output and turn it into forecasts, hiring-plan-driven scenarios and board-ready materials, bringing together data from across our SaaS tech stack. You'll work closely with our COO and executive team. Success looks like a financial model leadership trusts, board and investor materials that tell a clear story, and fundraising materials that are ready when we need them.\nThis role is based in our NYC office.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nOwn Vendelux's financial model end to end, from accounting actuals through the forecast.\n\nBuild multiple forecast scenarios grounded in detailed hiring plans.\n\nTurn detailed accounting output from our accounting team into forecasts and plans.\n\nLead the financial preparation for fundraising, including the data room and the financial story behind it.\n\nPrepare board decks and investor presentations that clearly communicate performance and outlook.\n\nReport on the SaaS metrics that matter most to leadership, the board and investors.\n\nPull pipeline and revenue data from HubSpot for board and leadership reporting.\n\nBring together data from disparate systems, including Maxio, HubSpot and QuickBooks Online, into a single, reliable view of the business.\n\nWork hands-on with revenue operations data to connect pipeline and bookings to the forecast.\n\nContinuously improve how the model and reporting are structured so they scale with the business.\n\nWHO YOU ARE\n5+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance.\n\nExperience in FP&A at a venture-backed SaaS company that has scaled through Series B or C.\n\nDeep expertise in SaaS business models and financial metrics.\n\nAdvanced financial modeling skills, with a track record of owning and building a company's operating model.\n\nHands-on experience preparing board decks, investor presentations and financial reporting.\n\nExperience with a SaaS finance and GTM tech stack similar to ours, such as Maxio, HubSpot and QuickBooks Online.\n\nStrong skills pulling and reconciling data from multiple systems, including pipeline data from a CRM.\n\nA builder who takes pride in designing a financial model that's elegant, flexible and easy for others to use.\n\nEqually comfortable in the accounting detail and in the story the numbers tell.\n\nCurious about revenue operations data and eager to go beyond traditional FP&A to get the full picture.\n\nClear, concise communicator who turns complex analysis into insight for executives and the board.\n\nEnergized by high-visibility work like board reporting and fundraising.\n\nIntellectually curious, with a strong sense of ownership.\n\nGenuinely excited about Vendelux and what we're building.\n\nBackground in venture capital, private equity or investment banking\n\nExperience supporting a company through a fundraise or investor diligence process\n\nHands-on experience with Maxio, HubSpot or QuickBooks Online specifically\n\nBENEFITS\nCompetitive base salary and bonus\n\nEquity\n\nHealthcare covering medical, dental and vision\n\n401(k)\n\nCatered lunch every day in our NYC office\n\nUnlimited PTO plus two company-wide shutdowns during the July 4th week and the Christmas - New Year's week\n\nNot all candidates will check all of the requirements listed above and that’s ok!
