You'll partner closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a best-in-class buyer experience while consistently hitting revenue targets.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn inbound opportunities after qualification by the BDR team, managing the full sales cycle from first AE-led conversation through close\nProspect into target accounts and generate outbound pipeline in partnership with BDRs\nEngage IT and Security leaders through a consultative, technically informed sales approach\nUncover customer pain points, security priorities, and desired business outcomes\nPartner with Sales Engineers to deliver tailored demos, solution designs, and ROI-driven proposals\nDeliver compelling presentations and product walkthroughs that clearly articulate Venn's value\nManage and advance a pipeline of opportunities through strong follow-up, deal strategy, and execution\nCollaborate with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure a smooth handoff post-close\nMaintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and position Venn's differentiators effectively\nProvide feedback to Marketing and Product on lead quality, customer trends, and market insights\nAccurately forecast revenue, maintain pipeline hygiene, and consistently meet or exceed quota\nWhat You Bring\n4+ years of successful enterprise B2B sales experience in cybersecurity or adjacent technologies (e.g., Zero Trust, VDI, MDM, endpoint security, network or data security, DLP, compliance, etc.)\nProven track record of exceeding quota in complex, consultative sales environments\nExperience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments\nStrong technical curiosity and ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex solutions\nExceptional communication,
