You'll work on the full recruiting cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting offer processes. This role reports into our Head of People and you'll partner with hiring managers across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.\nThis is a great first role in recruiting. You'll learn by doing: supporting hiring managers, building sourcing strategies with guidance, connecting with candidates, and getting hands-on experience across the entire hiring process. You won't be starting from zero, you'll have a supportive team and clear expectations as you ramp up.
