technology.\n\nRequirements (Must-Have Skills)\n\n- Expert-level proficiency in C and modern C++ (C++14 or later)\n\n- Hands-on experience with RTOS (FreeRTOS) and POSIX\n\n- Experience with ESP32 and ESP IDF.\n\n- Experience with SoC bring-up (at least one of: Cortex-M0/M4/M33/A9/A35/Xtensa) and debugging low-level code\n\n- Experience writing device drivers, and working with interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, Wi-Fi)\n\n- Experience interfacing different sensors (temperature, humidity, air quality, water leak etc)\n\n- Solid understanding of networking protocols: HTTP/HTTPs, WebSockets, MQTT\n\n- Comfortable working across both application and low-level firmware layers\n\n- Experience reading and navigating large existing codebases and system architectures\n\n- Proficiency with CMake build system\n\n- Confident with Git and collaborative version control workflows (Bitbucket, JIRA)\n\n- Ability to write unit tests and validate embedded code reliability\n\n- Solid grasp of software design patterns\n\n- Ability to write code with and without AI assistance\n\nNice to Have (Bonus Skills) \n\n- Development of embedded GUIs (LVGL)\n\n- Experience with TI-RTOS\n\n- Familiarity with reading schematics, using oscilloscopes, performing basic hardware debugging, basic soldering\n\n- Knowledge of 802.15.4g wireless protocols: TI15.4, 6LoWPAN, Thread and/or Bluetooth LE\n\n- Understanding of security and encryption (OpenSSL, Mbed-TLS)\n\n- Experience with building devices that use the BACnet communication
