Venti has offices in Cambridge (Massachusetts, USA), Suzhou (China), and Singapore - our Asian headquarters.\nRole Overview\nThe Autonomous Vehicle Integration & Validation Intern will support the engineering team in improving autonomous vehicle system integration, configuration, and troubleshooting processes.\nThe intern will assist in developing internal automation tools that help engineers configure components and diagnose issues based on vehicle and AV system error codes. The role also includes supporting AV kit preparation, quality checks, and system validation activities.\nThis internship offers hands-on experience working with autonomous vehicle hardware systems, software automation tools, and real-world system validation.\nRole Responsibilities\nAutomation Tool Development\nAssist engineers in developing automation tools and software utilities to support AV system integration and configuration\n\nHelp test and validate the usability and intuitiveness of internal tools used by engineering teams\n\nIdentify bugs or issues during testing and provide feedback to improve functionality\n\nSupport rapid development cycles by helping engineers test and validate new features\n\nAV Kit Preparation & Quality Control\nAssist in component preparation and configuration for AV kit assembly\n\nSupport quality control (QC) checks to ensure components are correctly configured before installation\n\nHelp document setup procedures and configuration steps\n\nSystem Integration & Validation\nSupport system validation and testing of autonomous vehicle components and subsystems\n\nAssist engineers in diagnosing system issues using logs, error codes, and testing results\n\nHelp record validation results and troubleshooting findings\n\nRequired Experience\nEducation\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:\nRobotics\n\nMechanical Engineering\n\nElectrical Engineering\n\nComputer Engineering\n\nComputer Science\n\nMechatronics\n\nOr related technical field\n\nTechnical Skills\nBasic programming experience in Python, C++, or scripting languages\n\nInterest in:\nAutomation tools\n\nRobotics systems\n\nVehicle systems\n\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., coding assistants) is a plus\n\nPersonal Skills\nStrong problem-solving mindset\n\nAbility to learn quickly and work in a hands-on engineering environment\n\nComfortable working with both software and hardware systems\n\nGood communication and teamwork skills\n\nWhat You Will Gain\nHands-on experience working with autonomous vehicle systems\n\nExposure to real-world vehicle integration and validation workflows\n\nExperience developing automation tools used by engineering teams\n\nOpportunity to work with engineers on production deployment of AV systems\n\nWe are looking for students with ability to commit to 6 months internship with us!\nSalary is commensurate with experience.
