Мы ищем руководителя направления ИТ-приложений в штат нашего заказчика - крупной FMCG-компании.\n Основные задачи:\n Ответственность за работоспособность, развитие и совокупную стоимость владения системами.\n Разработка и выполнение план развития: приоритизация запросов бизнеса, контроль сроков и результатов.\n Проработка новых инициатив - от бизнес-потребностей до выбора продукта/платформы, оценки трудозатрат и защиты решения.\n Руководство работой внутренней команды и внешних подрядчиков.\n Контроль расходов направления и обоснование потребности в бюджете.\n Контроль ведения проектов в зоне ответственности направления.\n Наши ожидания:\n Опыт управления ИТ-командой и внешними подрядчиками.\n Опыт ответственности за продукт или информационные системы на всём жизненном цикле.\n Умение самостоятельно оценивать трудозатраты и технические решения.\n Практический опыт работы с 1С-Битрикс и/или Битрикс24, понимание принципов интеграции Битрикс с 1С и другими учётными и корпоративными системами.\n Понимание принципов работы API, баз данных и интеграционного взаимодействия систем.\n Опыт взаимодействия с бизнес-заказчиками и способность переводить бизнес-потребности в конкретные ИТ-решения.\n Умение аргументированно обсуждать приоритеты, сроки, ресурсы и стоимость реализации.\n Вашим преимуществом будет: опыт развития e-commerce решений, знакомство с системой маркировки «Честный знак», опыт интеграции корпоративных приложений с 1С/ERP и другими внутренними системами.\n Мы предлагаем:\n Официальное оформление по ТК.\n Гибридный формат работы.\n ДМС и страхование жизни.\n Оплачиваемый отпуск (31 день).\n Компенсация мобильной связи.\n Программа поддержки сотрудников.\n Интересно предложение?
