Although the work is behind-the-scenes, your accuracy, speed, and process improvements directly fuel customer satisfaction and revenue retention.Position Description:\nContract Renewal Preparation\nGenerate renewal agreements in Salesforce → DocuSign using approved templates.\nConfirm product, pricing, and term accuracy; escalate discrepancies.\nTrack document status through signature and archive final contracts.\nAnnual Settings Rollover\nApply platform rollover checklist for approximately 250 schools annually.\nValidate tuition schedules, fee structures, user roles, and key dates.\nLog completion and exceptions for audit trail.\nTeamwork Project Setup\nCreate project spaces, task lists, timelines, and user permissions for each new school onboarding.\nUpload SOPs, enable automations, and assign owners from Customer Success & Implementation.\nProcess & Data Hygiene\nMaintain clean records in Salesforce, Teamwork, Gong, and shared drives.\nIdentify manual pain points; propose and pilot basic automations or macros.\nCross-Team Collaboration\nLiaise daily with CSMs, Implementation PMs, and Finance for smooth hand-offs.\nSurface risks or blockers early (e.g., missing pricing approvals).\nReporting & Analytics\nGenerate recurring dashboards and adhoc business reports from Salesforce, Teamwork, and other data sources to support leadership decision making.\nQualifications & Skills:\nCandidate must be at least in College Level (graduate or undergraduate).\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience in contract operations, data validation, or similar high-volume, detail-oriented roles, such as logistics coordination, executive assistance, or related functions.\nProficient in CRM and PSA platforms such as Salesforce (required), Zoho, Teamwork, and Asana.\nProven mastery of Microsoft 365, with intermediate Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, filters, templates).\nDemonstrates strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.\nSolid written and verbal English; able to interpret legal-style language and translate into clear internal notes. \nHigh initiative, able to self-manage and reprioritize in response to shifting demand. \nCompany Overview:\nVenturEd Solutions is a leading solution provider exclusively dedicated to powering the success of K-12 schools, students, and families.
