The role will work closely with leadership teams and investors to support capital raising, assess investment opportunities, execute transactions, and build long-term relationships with the global investment community. The ideal candidate will have experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, or fundraising, with strong financial, commercial, and transaction execution capabilities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFundraising: Support and manage fundraising processes for VentureOne portfolio companies, from investor targeting and outreach through due diligence, term sheet negotiation and closing.\nInvestor Relations & Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with venture capital funds, private equity investors, sovereign investors, family offices, strategic investors, and other sources of institutional capital.\nInvestment Analysis: Evaluate new investment and venture opportunities through financial, commercial, strategic, and market analysis.\nFinancial Modelling & Valuation: Build and review financial models, conduct valuation analysis, and develop financing scenarios and investor return scenarios.\nTransaction Execution: Support investment and financing transactions, including due diligence, transaction structuring, term sheet negotiations, and coordination with legal, finance, management teams, and external advisors.\nInvestor Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective investors and track engagement, feedback, investment appetite, and next steps throughout fundraising processes.\nMarket & Investor Research: Identify relevant investors, comparable transactions, valuation benchmarks, market trends, and financing activity across VentureOne's priority sectors.\nInvestment Presentations: Prepare investment recommendations, transaction analyses, and strategic materials for senior management.\nPortfolio Support: Work closely with portfolio company leadership on fundraising strategy, financing requirements, investor positioning, capital structure, and other strategic initiatives.\nStrategic Projects: Support selected M&A, joint venture, partnership, and other strategic investment opportunities across VentureOne and its portfolio.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or a related field.\nStrong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.\nStrong commercial acumen and ability to assess businesses, technologies, markets, and investment opportunities.\nHighly organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders in fast-paced transaction environments.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAt least 8 years of relevant experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, growth equity, corporate development, transaction advisory, or a similar investment-focused role.\nDemonstrated experience supporting or executing fundraising, investment, M&A, or other corporate transactions.\nExperience working with technology, deep-tech, or early-stage/high-growth companies is preferred.\nWe provide a competitive, tax-free salary and a comprehensive benefits package in a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work environment.
