This role focuses on leveraging tools such as Visual Components, DELMIA, and NVIDIA Omniverse to simulate, validate, and optimize production systems. \nThe ideal candidate will work at the intersection of manufacturing, automation, and data systems, enabling virtual commissioning, performance optimization, and scalable Industry 4.0 solutions across the factory. \nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain 3D Digital Twins and Process Twins for manufacturing lines, cells, and factory layouts \nBuild and run simulations using Visual Components, DELMIA, or equivalent platforms \nPerform cycle time analysis, throughput optimization, and bottleneck identification \nSupport virtual commissioning of automation systems prior to physical deployment \nSimulate and validate robotic operations (reachability, collision detection, path optimization) \nDesign and optimize factory layouts, material flow, and logistics systems (AGVs, conveyors, ASRS, OHT) \nIntegrate simulation models with MES, SCADA, PLC, and IIoT platforms \nUtilize real-time and historical data for predictive and scenario-based simulations \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, automation, and IT \nContribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives \nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field \n5+ years of experience in manufacturing simulation or industrial engineering \nHands-on experience with Visual Components, DELMIA, or similar simulation tools \nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes (CNC, assembly, material handling) \nBasic knowledge of industrial automation systems (PLC, SCADA) \nExperience with 3D modeling and CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, etc.) \nFamiliarity with data handling and basic scripting (Python or similar) \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in robot simulation and offline programming (ABB, KUKA, FANUC) \nExposure to AI/ML applications in manufacturing or simulation \nExperience with virtual commissioning and lights-out manufacturing environments \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization \nKnowledge of MES systems (e.g., DELMIA Apriso) and ERP integration (SAP) \nUnderstanding of IIoT architectures (MQTT, OPC UA, Unified Namespace) \nExperience with NVIDIA Omniverse or high-fidelity digital twin platforms \nHow to Apply:\nAre you ready to embark on an exciting journey with VentureOne?
