In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to recruit high-quality talent across Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Facilities, and other corporate functions. experience.\n This contract is up to 12 months with an opportunity to extend based on business need.\nWhat you'll do:\nDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across manufacturing, finance, operations, and other non-technical functions \nBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and recruiting tools \nConduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with company culture \nPartner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define recruiting strategies, and provide market insights throughout the hiring process \nManage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meetings and job postings through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination \nEnsure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process \nMaintain accurate, real-time candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide recruiting metrics and pipeline updates \nPromote the company's employer brand through candidate interactions, networking, recruiting events, and social media \nEnsure recruiting practices comply with all applicable employment laws, OFCCP guidelines, and company policies \nContinuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate quality \nWhat you'll bring:\nBasic Qualifications\n3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on manufacturing, finance, operations, supply chain, and other non-technical corporate roles \nExperience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms \nExperience recruiting for manufacturing, finance, HR, operations, or corporate functions \nExperience conducting candidate interviews and managing offers \n Preferred Qualifications\nExperience recruiting within a government contracting environment, including familiarity with OFCCP, EEO regulations, and audit-ready recruiting practices \nExperience with ATS platforms such as Pinpoint, Greenhouse, or Ashby \nExperience recruiting in a fast-paced,
