This is a hands-on role combining business analysis with application administration and implementation. The successful candidate will own solutions from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. The role will work primarily across Jira Data Center, Confluence Data Center, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics, and Microsoft 365.\nWhat You’ll Get To Do\nBusiness Analysis & Implementation:\nPartner directly with departments to understand business processes, challenges, requirements, and desired outcomes\nLead discovery and requirements-gathering discussions and translate business needs into technical solutions\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate business processes\nOwn solutions from discovery through implementation, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and ongoing improvement\nWork directly with stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure they meet business needs\nJira & Confluence Data Center:\nTranslate departmental processes and requirements into Jira projects, workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting\nDesign, configure, and implement Jira workflows, issue types, screens, custom fields, permissions, and integrations\nDevelop advanced workflow logic and automation using ScriptRunner, Groovy, and Jira Automation\nBuild and maintain Confluence spaces that support business processes and team collaboration\nTroubleshoot workflow, automation, integration, and application issues\nMicrosoft SharePoint & Microsoft 365:\nDesign and implement SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, metadata, and document management solutions\nBuild Power Automate workflows to automate departmental processes and integrate Microsoft 365 applications\nPartner with departments to improve collaboration, approvals, document management, and other business processes\nTroubleshoot SharePoint, permissions, workflow, and integration issues\nMicrosoft Dynamics:\nTranslate business requirements into Microsoft Dynamics configurations and solutions\nConfigure workflows, forms, views, dashboards, security roles, and business processes\nSupport automation, integrations, reporting, data management, and process improvements\nTroubleshoot application, workflow, permissions, integration, and data issues\nWhat You Have\nExperience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement application changes\nStrong hands-on experience with Jira Data Center and Confluence Data Center\nExperience designing and implementing Jira workflows based on business processes\nExperience with ScriptRunner for Jira, Jira Automation, and preferably Groovy\nExperience administering Microsoft SharePoint and building workflows with Power Automate\nExperience configuring or supporting Microsoft Dynamics\nStrong process analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills\nAbility to turn
