We are headquartered in Santa Monica, CA, but are hiring across the U.S. Join us!\nResponsibilities:\nSupport the Operations Manager with the day-to-day responsibilities in the market \n60-80% of your time will be hands-on, manual work to include:\nDirect labor and warehouse organization \nHand-count assets and compliance audits \nPerform routine inspection and maintenance of vehicles\nRespond to on-demand and in the field customer service requests\nRedistribute scooters around Veo’s service areas\nIdentify, document and recover scooters requiring in-shop repair\nAd-hoc field tasks and other tasks as required\n20-40% of your time will consist of a variety of administrative work to include:\nSupport Operations Manager with hiring, training, scheduling staff \nEmployee productivity tracking\nSOP follow-up\nAssist Operations Manager with other projects as needed\nQualifications & Skills:\nBasic mechanical and technical aptitude\n1 year of leadership or supervisory experience \nA valid driver's license\nAbility to lift up to 60 lbs and be on your feet for the entirety of a shift \nKnowledge of the local geography and street layout \nClear, effective communication \nEligible to work in the United States\nPerks:\nOpportunity to work in a fast-paced, early stage technology company\nVeoRide credits\nMedical/dental/vision coverage \nBelow is the expected salary range for this position.
