We are looking for a Site Supervisor for our electrification projects to strengthen our team in Finland. Come and join us!\nAbout the position\nAs a Site Supervisor You will mainly operate on our substations sites where you will be responsible for ensuring that all site installations are completed on time, within scope and budget, and in full compliance with relevant norms and regulations. You will lead and coordinate site works, fostering effective collaboration to ensure smooth execution of the project.\nYour role includes close cooperation with site contractors, maintaining high standards of safety, and proactively managing daily operations to meet project goals. You will be accountable for the successful delivery of site activities, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.\nThe role requires travelling, mainly in Finland, over 150 days per years. Due to the travel requirements we offer flexibility regarding your place of residence.\n\nMain responsibilities\nSite safety management - Ensuring a safe working environment through regular safety rounds, risk assessments, safety discussions, and compliance with safety regulations.\n\nExecution of site works - Overseeing the implementation of site activities according to the project schedule, scope, and agreed quality standards.\n\nResource coordination - Securing timely availability of materials, equipment, and skilled workforce in collaboration with Purchasing and the Project Manager, including necessary trainings and certifications.\n\nSite planning and supervision - Preparing the site execution plan and supervising the daily operations, including inspections and quality control of performed works.\n\nChange and stakeholder management - Managing site-related changes and communicating effectively with contractors and customers together with the Project Manager.\n\nDocumentation and reporting - Maintaining accurate site documentation such as the worksite diary, weekly reports, quality reports, and status updates for the Project Manager.\n\nMeetings and inspections - Organizing and participating in site meetings and coordinating authority inspections.\n\nWe appreciate\nApplicable electrical background or degree\n\nProven experience in managing site operations \nFor example, we value your ability to communicate effectively, manage change, lead site meetings, and plan resources to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and skilled workforce.\n\nStrong understanding of Finnish site safety practices, regulations and standards,with the ability to lead safety initiatives and conduct regular assessments.\n\nUnderstanding of medium and high voltage installation\n\nCapability to prepare and implement site execution plans and supervise installation and construction inspections.\n\nAttention to detail in maintaining site documentation, including worksite diaries, safety reports, and inspection records.\n\nAbility to work in both Finnish and English, both written and spoken; other language skills are considered an asset (e.g. Swedish).\n\nWe offer\nA position which gives you the possibility to challenge yourself and develop your professional competence\n\nA modern and dynamic work environment and being part of a great team\n\nGood employee benefits, such as hybrid work and flexible working hours, lunch and wellbeing benefit\n\nAre you interested?\nIf you are interested, we want to hear from you as soon as possible!
