We are looking for a Staff Experience Designer with deep Web expertise to own design outcomes for our Core Web Experience and help raise its quality across the teams that contribute to it.\nThis is a hands-on, AI-first individual-contributor role. of complex Core Web initiatives involving multiple teams, owning outcomes from problem framing through implementation.\n\nWork hands-on across problem framing, research, interaction design, prototyping, visual design, validation, and implementation.\n\nUse AI throughout the design process to expand exploration, accelerate learning, and make ideas tangible faster.\n\nPartner with stakeholders across teams to bring customer insight, data, business goals, and technical trade-offs into decisions and alignment.\n\nIdentify gaps in customer journeys and shared web patterns, then work with the relevant teams to make practical improvements.\n\nCreate frameworks, prototypes, and reusable guidance, and provide constructive feedback that helps other designers and teams deliver high-quality work.\n\nWhat You Could Bring\n10+ years of experience in product design with a strong track record of designing and shipping sophisticated web products and leading complex work involving multiple teams.\n\nDeep expertise in responsive design, interaction patterns, information architecture, accessibility, and visual craft.\n\nDemonstrated experience using AI tools in real design work, with the curiosity to continually explore new capabilities and practices.\n\nStrong product judgment, connecting customer needs, business goals, data, and technical constraints while navigating ambiguity.\n\nA systems mindset, including experience evolving design systems, shared patterns, and fragmented experiences.\n\nStrong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence decisions and help peers improve their
