We know that everyone here at Veolia can help us work alongside our communities, look after the environment, and contribute to our inclusive culture.\nWhat we can offer you;\n25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays\nAccess to our company/people’s pension scheme\nDiscounts on everything from groceries to well known retailers\nAccess to a range of resources to support your physical, mental and financial health; so you can lean on us whenever you need to\n24 hour access to a virtual GP, 365 days a year, for you and family members in your household\nOne paid days leave every year to volunteer and support your community \nOngoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potential\nWhat you’ll be doing;\nMaintaining accurate asset registers, equipment hierarchies, specifications, locations, serial numbers and technical information.\nAdministering the CMMS/EAM system, including preventative maintenance routines, job plans, frequencies, asset structures and maintenance history.\nProducing and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules for relevant assets.\nCoordinating asset criticality assessments and identifying safety-, environmental- and production-critical equipment.\nMonitoring preventative maintenance, statutory inspection and safety-critical asset compliance.\nTracking defects, overdue maintenance, inspections and corrective actions through to completion.\nCoordinating statutory inspections, including LOLER, PSSR and PUWER requirements.\nMaintaining technical documentation, including manuals, drawings, datasheets, certificates and inspection reports.\nProducing engineering KPI reports covering PM compliance, maintenance backlogs, overdue inspections, defects, asset availability and reliability.\nSupporting maintenance planning, shutdowns, outages, procurement, purchase orders and contractor coordination.\nManaging Bills of Materials and linking critical spare parts to the appropriate assets within the CMMS.\nSupporting asset lifecycle planning, reliability analysis, engineering audits and continuous improvement activities.\nWhat we're looking for;\nExperience administering or supporting a CMMS/EAM system.\nExperience working within an engineering, maintenance or asset management environment.\nExperience maintaining asset registers, equipment hierarchies and technical records.\nExperience creating preventative maintenance schedules, routines and job plans.\nExperience producing and analysing maintenance, compliance or asset performance reports.\nKnowledge of statutory inspection requirements, including LOLER, PSSR and PUWER.\nUnderstanding of safety-critical equipment and asset criticality assessments.\nKnowledge of engineering parts, equipment and technical drawings.\nExperience maintaining technical documentation, including manuals, drawings, datasheets, certificates and inspection reports.\nExperience managing defects, inspection findings and corrective actions.\nExperience with Bills of Materials, critical spares and inventory records.\nKnowledge of maintenance planning, shutdowns, outages and asset lifecycle management.\nExperience supporting engineering, environmental, statutory or COMAH audits.\nGood computer literacy and the ability to manage and analyse maintenance data.\nKnowledge of basic accounting principles and inventory evaluation would be advantageous.\nExperience within a COMAH or DSEAR environment would be desirable.\nA relevant engineering, maintenance, asset management or Health and Safety qualification would be desirable.\nWhat’s next?\nApply today, so we can make a difference for generations to come.\nWe're proud to have been named as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for three consecutive years in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
