Together, we pursue a shared mission to create a more sustainable future.\n Job Summary:\nAs a Dispatchable Field Service Representative, you’ll be on the front lines providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for our customers from one of a variety of industries. This mission critical role involves working on a variety of technologies including, media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), de-oxygenation, and ultrafiltration (UF).\nKey Characteristics:\nConduct maintenance and calibration activities\nConsult with customer management and operation teams\nExcellent mechanical know how and problem-solving skills\nEnsure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications\nOperate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nCarry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation\nCreate and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed\nMaintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts\nMonitor and maintain chemical injection systems\nPerform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements\nEnter and complete work orders in Maintenance Program (MaintainX)\nRespond to customer callouts \nSupporting team coverage during planned absences\nOther duties as assigned\n Education & Experience\nRequired:\nHigh School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent 2+ years’ experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment\nCurrent Driver’s License\nPreferred:\nAssociates Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate in Instrumentation, electrical, mechanical\nCurrent TWIC Card\nWorking Conditions:\n25% travel (training/other site visits)\nHot, dirty, loud, moving equipment\nWorking with chemicals for water treatment\n Why Veolia?\nJoin a company that values Responsibility, Solidarity, Innovation, Customer Focus, and Respect.\nYou'll receive comprehensive technical and commercial training, direct mentorship from experienced Account Managers, and a clear pathway to Account Manager promotion with direct account responsibilities.\nReady to transition your technical expertise into a rewarding customer-facing career while\nmaking a difference in water treatment and sustainability?
