Conducting activities with a broad application of principles, theories, and concepts pertinent to the relevant discipline.\nEssential Responsibilities / Expectations\nMust-Have Requirements\nBasic process knowledge and understanding of water flow and hydraulics.\n\nKnowledge in Control Narrative-CN, Control Philosophy, Valve Sequence Chart, Operation Sequence Chart-OSC, Control Logic Chart-CLC, Cause & Effect Logic Diagram, Functional Design Specification-FDS etc. for platform Standard supply projects (small scale projects).\n\nAble to handle multiple platform standard supply projects (Small Scale Projects) on PLC-HMI/SCADA Programming.\n\nHands on experience in development of PLC, HMI/SCADA for process equipment based on controls documentation for multiple projects ranging From platform standard supply projects (Small scale project) and EP/EP+ Standard/custom specification (Medium scale projects)\n\nUnderstanding various protocols ETHERNET, CONTROLNET MODBUS TCP/IP PROFIBUS, etc.\n\nAttended FAT, SAT for equipment system for verifying the PLC-HMI/SCADA w.r.t to process controls documents.\n\nHas experience in Troubleshooting and debugging the PLC Logic and HMI/SCADA.\n\nReviewing wiring diagrams and electronic configuration of PLC Automation systems.\n\nShould be strong in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering fundamentals.\n\nBasic understanding of process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture.\n\nBasic understanding of instrumentation 2 Wire, 4 Wire etc.\n\nBasic understanding of MCC, VFD fundamentals.\n\nIO List preparation of platform standard supply projects (Small scale projects).\n\nHandled multiple platform projects for IP List preparation and Network Architecture review.\n\nGood To Have Requirements (That Supports future Career progression in the Role)\nUnderstanding of standard programming blocks of water & wastewater treatment equipment like Clarifier, Filters, RO, UF, Demin EDR, EDI, MBR MBBR etc.\n\nPreparation of design deliverables PLC I/O list, System architecture, control system BOQ on multiple platform standard supply project (Small scale project).\n\nReviewing & evaluating vendor’s techno-commercial offers.\n\nAttended FAT, SAT for equipment system for verifying supplied control system components.\n\nUnderstanding of how the PLC logic and HMI/SCADA works.\n\nReviewing wiring diagrams and electronic configuration of PLC automation systems.\n\nVendor documents review for system integration.\n\n Education: B.E. or B.
