Our portfolio also includes chemicals & monitoring solutions, start-up & operation, membrane & ion exchange products, and custom engineered equipment.\n Reporting directly to the Project Manager/ Commissioning Manager\n\nDrive excellence in schedule, cost, quality and EHS.\n\nEnsure that site commissioning and reporting guideline are being followed and are accurate.\n\nManage the compilation of commissioning SATs.\n\nManage customer relationships for all commissioning activities.\n\nManage the compilation of certification plant and its pre-requisites.\n\nReviews of project daily reports, issues and progress.\n\nSupport the timely commissioning, SCADA / ICS and required testing completion of all projects.\n\nReduce overall project cost through process change and cost out opportunities.\n\nDrive zero punch list prior to client handover of project sites.\n\nManage workload and provide technical/functional leadership and expertise to direct reports or peers.\n\nDevelop and mentor team members.\n\nExpertise in overall field operations Ensure process discipline on site and assign site teams based on project requirements to ensure contract requirements are met.\n\nDuring execution, monitor project performance in all areas including cost, schedule, technical advisory services, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and quality.\n\nIdentify performance issues and provide the leadership to resolve issues and ensure the project success.\n\nExecute all site activities and liaising with project teams, service teams, contractors, clients and Project Managers within the region.\n\nCoach, Train co-team members, deliver training to client teams & others as required.\n\nResponsible for project documentation including but not limited to: Environmental, Health and Safety, Quality, Cost, Continuous improvement and Compliance requirements.\n\nMeet all team goals for Safety, Cost & Project Deadlines\n\nPossess a University degree or certificate in Engineering, or at least 10 years’ proven work experience in water treatment field\n\nPrevious Commissioning Supervision experience in project execution activities\n\nBe able to demonstrate you have the ability to technically and professionally prioritize, organize work, meet deadlines, multitask with limited direction.\n\nStrong communication and influencing skills\n\nAbility to learn other software applications (PLC testing) with addition to Google Suite software\n\nAbility to work in and with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment - have strong Influencing skills and ability to communicate vision to clients.\n\nBe customer focused, clear thinker, and detail oriented.\n\nExperience and knowledge of water treatment systems and equipment.
