In this role, you will have an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals within the field of industrial water treatment. You will gain exposure supporting water treatment systems and assist the organization in achieving its annual goals and objectives as an active participant.\nThis is a full-time, 12 week internship, with an anticipated start date of May 2027.\nNature of work: establish a comprehensive inventory of all equipments (ownership and responsibilities) used by Veolia to meet contractual obligations, including tanks, pumps, injection lines, online sensors, and controllers etc. Following this, developing a detailed preventive maintenance (PM) plan and determining required spare parts inventory and creating tracking tools to monitor the execution of PM tasks and facilitate accurate invoicing.\nYour responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);\nGenerate system drawings, PFDs, for use in on-site manuals and proposals \nActively monitor process equipment performance through online tools\nAssist in completing monthly reporting requirements\nPerform field checks on process equipment (flows, pH, conductivity, chemical residuals, etc.) \nWork with supervisors on plant equipment optimization opportunities\n Basic mechanical skills to help troubleshoot chemical feed equipment\nComputer skills - use of Gsuite, Visio, and online data Management \nStrong teamwork & communication skills \nAbility to prioritize and maintain deliverables in a fast-paced work environment \nFull-time availability for Summer 2027\nEducation:\nRising Junior or Senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemistry\n Why Veolia?\nJoin a company that values Responsibility, Solidarity, Innovation, Customer Focus, and Respect. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity.
