Together, we pursue a shared mission to create a more sustainable future.\n Job Summary:\nAs a Field Service Representative (FSR), you’ll be on the front lines providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for one of our customers from one of a variety of industries. This mission-critical role involves working on a variety of technologies, including catalytic oxidation, wastewater clarification, media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), and filter press separation.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nOperate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance\nConduct critical and preventative maintenance and calibration activities on equipment\nTake samples and support the Lab FSR in performing analytical testing such as: pH, COD, DO, Ammonia, ATP, TSS, 30-min settling tests, Phosphorus, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements\nSupport the Lab FSR in reviewing lab data and making appropriate process changes based upon plant conditions and laboratory results\nUtilize a forklift as needed for plant operations purposes\nMonitor, adjust, and maintain chemical injection systems\nSupport the maintenance team in maintaining inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts\nCarry out mechanical, electrical, and control troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation\nCreate and maintain site documentation, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed\nConsult with shift lead and site management\nEnsure contract compliance with volume and quality specifications\nMeet customer access requirements to sites\nOther duties as required\nData interpretation, record-keeping, reporting, and critical decision-making skills\nThe job description is not designed to capture all of an employee’s responsibilities but is intended to capture the essential functions of the role.
