This position is critical for ensuring the optimal performance of technologies such as media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis, and more. The representative will be responsible for troubleshooting, conducting maintenance, and performing analytical testing to meet customer needs and contract specifications. As a Lead FSR you will have the added task of being a role model and training other FSRs as well as owning site metrics for sites you cover.\nKey Characteristics\nConduct maintenance and calibration activities\nConsult with customer management and operation teams\nExcellent mechanical know how and problem-solving skills\nEnsure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications\nOperate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance\nDuties & Responsibilities\nCarry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation\nCreate and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed\nMaintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts\n Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems\nPerform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements\nReview customer plant installations and compare against WTS reference drawings , electrical schematics, general arrangement, etc.)\nOther duties as assigned\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams\nProvide customers with informal training around operation and maintenance of their system\n Required:\nHigh School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent 5+ years’ experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment\nValid Driver’s License\nPreferred :\nBachelor or Associates Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate in Instrumentation\n Ability to travel within the region as needed\nWe realize diverse teams make smarter decisions, deliver better results, and build stronger communities.
