Headquartered in Boston, Veolia has more than 10,000 employees working at more than 350 locations across North America.\n Position Purpose:\nReceive paperwork for manifested waste in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations and\nprovide customer service and support.\nPrimary Duties /Responsibilities:\nReceive all incoming shipping documents into the AS400 ensuring all information is present and accurate.\nPrepare internal paperwork to enable operations to off-load receipts in a timely and accurate manner.\nPerform QA/QC on all incoming manifests, Land Disposal Restriction and UHC forms and other required documents to ensure all information is present and accurate and in compliance with state, federal, and site regulations.\nSign, date and distribute manifests in accordance with state and federal regulations.\nEnsure load and manifest discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner and in compliance with all state, federal requirements.\nEnsure all receipts are released to billing in a timely and accurate manner.\nInteract with waste tracking and billing to ensure all receipts are downloaded and accurate.\nEnsure all receiver numbers are accounted for and billed, including voids, cancellations, and no shows.\nRespond to phone inquiries from internal and external customers and follow-up as appropriate.\nDevelop a good understanding of the regulations and site capabilities.\nEnsure all information in the AS400 is present and accurate for regulatory reporting.\nOther work-related duties as assigned.\n Education / Experience / Background:\nHigh School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required\nExperience using AS400 and Microsoft Office \nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nAbility to work independently or with others as required\nExcellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills required\nRequired Certification / Licenses / Training:\nDOT Training\n Benefits: Veolia’s comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off policies, as well as health, dental, vision, life insurance, savings accounts, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteering and more.
