Location: Fanling
- 監督衛龍日常運作，確保服務符合合約要求／客戶要求及工作進度。
- 管理前線團隊（主管、領班、司機、操作員），安排工作分配及日常協調。
- 跟進及管理分包商工作表現，確保質素及安全要求達標。
- 處理客戶查詢，並按指定項目與政府部門／商業客戶作日常聯絡。
- 監察職安健：確保員工使用足夠PPE、通報安全事項予安全主任、配合安全培訓; 留意機械/設備，發現異常即時通報跟進。
- 保存運作相關文件紀錄，按要求提交附照片報告。
- 協助控制運營成本，避免因疏忽造成公司損失。
- 完成上司／總經理指派之其他工作（包括臨時工作）。
- 中五（Form 5）或同等學歷
- 19 重型貨車駕駛執照
- 平安卡 (綠卡)
- 密閉空間作業合資格人士或核准工人證明書
Requirements
- 10年工作經驗（建議於相關運作/現場管理/客戶服務/分包商跟進等範疇）
- 能適應輪班工作
- 英文 - 良好 ; 普通話 - 良好 ; 廣東話 - 流利
